Eligible countries: Applications from Germany are accepted.
Eligible course/subjects: PhD in single-cell genomic approaches to study mitochondrial genetics and disorders.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet all of the following / given criteria:
Must have life sciences, computational biology, methods creation and/or translational research are areas of strong interest.
Must have a master’s degree in computer science, bioinformatics, biotechnology, biochemistry, engineering, mathematics, physics, genetics, medicine or a related field is required.

- How to Apply: To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must take admission to the PhD degree programme at the university. After that, students are required to apply via the online application portal.

PhD research proposal / Motivation letter. - You must prepare a program of work and a timetable for your doctoral thesis in 1-2 pages.
- You must write an abstract of your planned research (max. 1,500 characters, spaces included)

- Summary of the master’s thesis
- Copy of degree certificates
- Optionally, a passport-size photograph.
Admission requirements: Applicants must present diplomas or certificates from the previous year in good academic standing.
Language Requirement: Students whose native language is not English must obtain an adequate score on an approved English language test (such as IELTS) before they can enroll in an academic course.
